I went up to stay with =Alex37 for a night to generally catch up and shoot the sunrise this morning. Unfortunately, after the hour trek we found complete cloud cover and no chance of a sunrise. We both ended up messing around on the patches of ice for almost 2 hours before we decided to go to this location about 5 minuets from Alex's home. It was a shame we didn't come here first thing instead of hiking to Staple tor but the weather is so unpredictable we never know what the conditions will be like.
