Going to shoot the west coast of Scotland and Skye one thing =Alex37 and I talked about was going to locations which had been shot time and time again, from the professionals to beginners and in all types of conditions and light, at one point we asked ourselves if it would be worth going to the same locations...

Some of you might already be familiar to this scene and I would like to know your opinions on it and what you think to shooting scenes and locations which have been shot over and over again.

I am never on DA anymore, but I have to say:excellent photo of an excellent place. Love the composition and scene. I see what you mean about tried and tested locations. I say go to them (and I have done) and get your shot. So what if someone else has a similar photo, it will never be exactly the same and it challenges you to make your own a bit different. Great photo

Nice shot

The dead tree gives this a very slight creepy feel amongst the surrounding beauty-like it's reminding you how harsh life there really is.
